Chef Rich grew up in an Italian family in Brooklyn, then West Palm Beach and was motivated by his grandfather, working in butcher shops as a teen. After attending the Culinary Institute of America, Richard jumped right into the club world at the Everglades Club. During his time at several clubs over the past 40 years, including the Jupiter Island Club, Sailfish Club and Palm Beach Country Club, he became an accomplished ice carving artist creating amazing works. A love for restoring vintage Porsche’s translated into a slight detour as he ran his own restoration business for several years, before rejoining the club world. Rich joined the team here in 2017.
