Addison Reserve has been named as the 2023 Top Ranked Fitness and Wellness Center by Club and Resort Business. "We are honored to be recognized as a leader in the fitness and wellness arena in the club industry," says Michael McCarthy, CEO and General Manager. The 35,000 sq. ft. Lifestyle Complex, which opened in the fall of 2019, features a two-story 15,000 sq. ft. Fitness Center, Spa, Tennis and Pickleball Complex, basketball court, green space, resort pool, outdoor whirlpool, children's splash pool and game center, and The Grill casual dining restaurant. Additional outdoor fitness spaces include bocce courts and five parks in the community; one with playground equipment and a soccer field; one with outdoor fitness equipment, and one for four-legged residents.
