Our Lifestyle Complex opened in the fall of 2019. The cornerstone of the complex is our free form pool with dedicated lap lanes and beach entry. Addison Reserve is comprised of nineteen private village enclaves in which there are 717 luxurious single family homes. The homes are surrounded by water views and by three nine-hole championship golf courses. Four parks in the community are amid the lush landscaping that is indigenous to the South Florida environment. Bird lovers will appreciate seeing some of nature's most beautiful birds such as Sandhill Cranes, Blue Herons, Roseate Spoonbills and Ibis.

Security
Addison Reserve Country Club is a gated community with 24-hour manned guard stations at each of the two access points of the community. Additional security features include perimeter monitoring and guard patrols. For added peace of mind, there is always a paramedic on duty at the main guard station. Each residence within the community is monitored through ADT Security services.
Themed Opening Galas are the highlight of the beginning of each season in November. Throughout the year there are lecture series, musical events, dining extravaganzas, sports tournaments and more. Our biggest family event is our New Year's Eve celebration which starts with a family Street Fair before the adults ring in the New Year at the Clubhouse. Junior golf and tennis camps, annual family fishing rodeo, poolside activities, family BBQs, dances and interactive activities round out our programming.
