He immediately fell in love with cooking and hospitality and it shines in his role here at Addison. After culinary school, Odel began his career with the Spanish hotel group, Sol Melia in Cuba; eventually becoming a corporate chef. 1999 brought Odel to the United States and he embarked on a 15 year journey at high end steakhouses, Burt and Jacks and The Capital Grille. His skills as a leader were sought out by Seasons 52 where Odel was a Corporate Chef before joining the Addison Reserve team in 2018 where he will lead our new concept.
