Chef Kelly was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She started baking with her mom at a very young age and continued that passion as a career by obtaining her Culinary Arts and Patisserie Diploma at Meerendal Wine Estate Culinary School.
She proceeded to work at fine dining restaurants and resorts and in 2010 had the opportunity to work in America seasonally as a line cook and pastry cook.
She came to Addison in 2013 as a pastry cook and has worked her way up the ranks to our current Pastry Sous Chef.
