European born and raised, Evo was lucky to have had the opportunity to travel extensively to some 40+ countries and enjoy a vast variety of different flavors and cuisines. After a good career in IT and Telecoms both in San Francisco and England, Evo decided to follow his passion and become a chef by opening his own restaurant in his small home town. He quickly loved his new calling and wanted to expand his knowledge and experience, and so he took time to travel and intern in restaurants in Italy, France and Spain. With a growing family, Evo then settled back in England and worked in a true farm-to-table, fine dining concept on its own estate in the British countryside. He later joined a fast-growing restaurant group focused on high-end fresh only, local and authentic food. In 2017 South Florida became home, and after a few years in a Private Yacht Club, Evo joined the team here at Addison Reserve as a Sous Chef in 2022.
