Christopher Wang started his culinary journey in Memphis, TN, in his family’s five restaurants. Spending summers in Florida led him to move to the Sunny South, where he studied Mechanical Engineering in College. Chris fell in love with the kitchen during his college years, as he worked up the ranks in a number of chain restaurants such as P.F. Chang’s, Flemings and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Christopher’s training includes working under a Master Chef, Michelin Star Chef and a James Beard Nominee. Throughout his career, Chef Chris has catered to a number of high profile celebrities, including Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter, Kim Kardashian, Jim Carrey, Michael Keaton and Prince Moulay Rashid of Morocco. Christopher transitioned into the club world in 2012 as Sous Chef at Polo Club of Boca Raton, and joined the Addison Reserve team in May 2019, as Executive Sous Chef.
