Dana Iannelli has been our Pastry Chef here since 2013 and our pastry program gets better every year! Growing up with two Italian grandmothers in New Jersey, certainly was a huge influence for Dana and she followed her natural talents to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and Napa. Danas career has taken her from a well-known cake studio in Brooklyn to a popular bakery restaurant in Darien; then lucky for us, finally into the club world! She spent time at Westchester Country Club, then Winged Foot Golf Club as Executive Pastry Chef before moving to South Florida and joining the team here at Addison Reserve.
