The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse, consisting of approximately 42,000 square feet, includes a dining room and lounge/bar, a Golf Pro Shop, locker room facilities, men's and women's card rooms, meeting rooms, administrative offices and a golf cart / golf bag storage facility. The two-story Clubhouse design is reminiscent of a time when life was more elegant and architecture was extraordinarily charming. With its lavish amenities and rich Mediterranean ambiance, the Clubhouse design takes us back to a time when life moved at a slower and much more civilized pace. The interior is warm, dignified and intimate. The spirit of the 1920's and the world of architect Addison Mizner and the Old Florida can be seen and felt in every detail of the Addison Reserve Clubhouse. Many of his signature designs have been used here, including covered loggias, rotunda towers and a grand porte-cochere entrance.

On the main floor, you'll find three dining rooms that can be divided or combined as necessary for casual dining or more formal evenings. On special evenings live music is provided. Adjacent to the dining room is the Grille Room and bar where you can relax and enjoy your favorite beverage. The lower floor contains a complete Golf Pro Shop, the men's and woman's card rooms and golf locker rooms with indulgences such as saunas and steam rooms. The Clubhouse's intimate design and modest size feels like being at home. It is the center of the Addison Reserve social life where Members relax with friends or meet new ones, have lunch and dinner, attend a dinner dance, theme dinner or show. This is the place to be.
