Adjacent to the tennis facility is the Esplanade, a Mediterranean-styled complex that houses our state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s fun center, a Spa facility and junior Olympic pool. The Spa at Addison Reserve is the retreat for our residents, offering pampering services to all who enter its waterfall graced doors. Addison Mizner himself provided inspiration for the main Clubhouse, which reflects his signature Mediterranean flair. In the Clubhouse, complete with loggias, marble floors and grand chandeliers, one finds dining destinations Taste, the signature chophouse and seafood restaurant, and Italian restaurant Trattoria that features classic pastas and specialty Italian dishes. StYr, the 4,300 square foot lounge with wraparound terrace features many large TVs for sport viewing. For a light bite, Tapas and Sweet Treat menus are available in the lounge. There are two private dining rooms for special events and meetings, and Vault, the wine room, is available for chef-prepared and hosted intimate dinners. The golf pro shop, ladies’ and men’s card rooms and patio dining area overlook the golf driving range and exquisite waterfall feature. While you will not see Addison himself strolling through the marble hallways, you will see award winning chefs who offer residents unique culinary creations.
